Wide peony supports include special angled notches to give stems a bit of a notch to nestle in when the breeze blows.
Cut and bent by hand from locally purchased 5/16″ A36 mild-steel.
These supports are tall – 40″ tall! Approx. 18″ wide. These supports can be driven deep to meet shorter/younger plants, but as they mature and grow tall later into the season many plants outgrow their supports and tip over the edge. These supports can be driven 12″ deep and still have 28″ above ground for taller growing plants. Great for keeping your tall grasses from leaning into the sidewalk!
